Leaks, lifted or missing shingles, and worn flashing around chimneys and vents, found and fixed properly. If a repair won't last, we'll tell you.
Flat roofing
Low-slope roofs on porches, additions, triple-deckers and commercial buildings — installed, repaired and kept draining the way they should.

Standing-seam metal for whole roofs, porches and dormers. It sheds snow, stands up to wind and lasts a long time when it's detailed right.
