Our story
Thirty years on Lynn's rooftops
We're based in Lynn, and for more than three decades we've been roofing, siding and building decks on the houses of the North Shore.
That means knowing the housing stock. Lynn is single-family colonials and capes on quiet streets, and it's multi-family triple-deckers three stories up with porches stacked on the front. Each one needs a different plan for staging, materials and getting the job done without disrupting the people living there.
It means doing the paperwork right. We handle City of Lynn permits on our jobs and coordinate directly with the building inspectors, so the work is code-compliant and signed off.
It means building for this coastline. Wind, salt air and freeze–thaw winters decide how long a roof or a wall lasts here, so we choose materials with those in mind — not whatever's cheapest that week.
